I write when I struggle.  Words help me process, and blogging allows me to share it with others without it being a deep, sit-down discussion.  I feel little need to keep secret my health and mental health issues.  I aim for authenticity, as well as to be available to anyone who encounters similar difficulties.  Which is all dandy, except I rarely jot a word when I have a lovely day, for which I am filled with gratitude.  People who know me, who see me in person, see my laughter and joy.  But if all you know of me is my posts, you don’t get to experience my immense love for life.  I am grateful, so incredibly grateful for everything I have and get to experience.  Thank you.
